Doing God's Work in Today's World, the Prince of Peace Council of Catholic Women is a group dedicated to uniting the women of Prince of Peace in purpose, direction and action. They assist the Pastor with spiritual and material undertakings for the welfare of the Parish. Membership is open to all women 18 years and older who are committed to putting God's words into action through involvement and participation. The Council holds monthly meetings (Second Tuesday of each month in the Social Hall at 7:00 p.m.) and sponsors special events throughout the year. There are many areas in which members can become involved, including: . Church Commission . Community Concerns . Family Concerns . International Concerns . Legislation Concerns . Organizational Commission New members are always welcome! Please pick up and complete an application from the Parish office or the book rack in the church lobby. In the application, you will find many more good reasons to become a member of our organization! We look forward to seeing you soon.

Tue, September 14 7:00 PM	Sept. CCW Meeting All the women of the parish are invited to our 1st CCW meeting of the year on Sept. 14th at 7 pm in the Social Hall. Bring some food to share and we will enjoy a pot luck supper. Meet some of the women in the parish and make some new friends. We are women of prayer. We are women who care. We are women who share.
Sat, October 23 to Sun, October 24 STARTS: 9:00 AM ENDS: 2:00 PM	Arts & Crafts Fair CCW’s 29th annual Arts and Craft Fair will take place Saturday, October 23, from 9:00-5:30 and Sunday, October 24, from 8:00- 2:00 in the church hall. The Council of Catholic Women needs donated hand made and craft items to see at the CCW Table. Any items should be taken to the Parish Office between Monday and Friday. Vendors wishing to rent a table for their crafts should contact Mary at 671-9236.
Thu, November 11 to Thu, April 14 STARTS: 11:00 AM ENDS: 3:00 PM	CCW Card Party The Council of Catholic Women host a Card Party and Luncheon on the 2nd Thursday of each month in the Social Hall from 11:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. Cost is $6.00. Men and women are invited!
Sat, February 26 to Sun, February 27	Trash & Treasure Sale THE CCW TRASH & TREASURE SALE AND FUND RAISER Saturday, Feb 26, 8AM-5:30PM Sunday, Feb. 27, 8AM-1PM. Start saving your Trash & Treasures that you wish to donate. Donations can be brought to the Parish Hall on Friday, Feb. 24, from 12 till 6 PM. We need parish support for this project which will furnish funds for the Angel Scholarship. Homemade Baked Goods are also needed.
